Life long athlete and experienced trainer

Hello, my name is Josh Molli. I have been a certified exercise professional for six years. My education consists of a B.S. in Kinesiology, NSCA CSCS, BFR, FRCms, PPSC, NASM CPT, NASM MM. 

Furthermore, I have learned from and worked closely with multiple Doctors, and longtime professional strength and conditioning coaches. The reason I got into this industry is my strong passion for health and wellness, along with a burning love for helping people. Assisting others in meeting their health, wellness, and performance goals is one of the most rewarding things I get to do!

Josh and I worked together with many athletes over the last few years. Three things stick out to me about him. First, he cares about you as a person as much as he does as an athlete. I am a 56 year old mother of two children. I have struggled with my weight my entire life, despite being a nurse and very knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements. I have severe hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s, asthma, a chronic/recurring knee injury, and have always suffered from depression. And now I am dealing with post-menopausal hormones which have made weight loss and my emotional health even more of a struggle. I was at my heaviest, 176 lbs a few years back. I was really trying to lose the weight on my own – which I had done many times before, but now being middle-aged and all that entails, I was finding it much harder to do on my own than before. Then I re-injured my knee and needed physical therapy to avoid a surgery. I knew I needed more than just my usual cardio routine and counting calories. My body composition had changed, my energy levels were nonexistent and I knew what I had done in the past would not work now. I needed someone to guide me through a new weight loss and training program, provide dietary guidance and motivation and give me the encouragement I needed to keep reaching goals and setting new ones. Josh Molli was the answer to my prayers. He started me off with rehabbing my knee – something I had never done before. Safety and correct form, pushing me harder than I would have myself, got my knee back to where I could start doing more whole body exercise and training. Adding in weight training to my regular cardio routine and mixing it up with some HITT and low-level walking/stretch/yoga days really gave me results a lot faster and kept me from getting bored. I have lost weight before many times on my own, but have never seen results like this where my body actually became toned. My legs looked better than they did when I was 25! Josh is also very knowledgeable and stays up on the latest research and trends with diet and nutrition. He is committed to following his own nutrition advice, he walks the talk. If you have any concerns about what you are eating and how it can increase your risk for chronic disease and affect your health for life, Josh is your man. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge regarding food as medicine. I started working with Josh in 2021, and 3 years later, I am still keeping the weight off. I maintain between 125- 130 lbs. He has supported me through some setbacks and helped me get back on track. You still have to do the work yourself – but if you listen to what he tells you, you will see results without any guess work! Josh’s expertise in training and nutrition, working with people of all ages, gender and abilities made me feel confident I could reach my goals and maintain my health for the rest of my life!
